Original Topographies, 2017

Original Topographpies was a solo exhibition at South City Art Supply gallery in April, 2017. This show marked a return to oil painting after a five-year hiatus focusing on other pursuits, including experimental and documentary audio and video production and community-oriented, interactive installation. In these paintings, I used intuitive abstraction and geographic elements to explore relational themes such as intimacy, isolation, perspective and juncture.
