#HVpaintingaday

Watercolor cartoon painting of two women walking in a junkyard .
Watercolor painting of a bright orange rice cooker.
Since June 2017, I have been doing a quick watercolor painting each day. This started out as a thirty-day experiment, but I enjoyed doing it so much that I have continued the practice. Some of the paintings are observational, and others illustrate dreams, companions, or current events. . #Hvpainting a day is an Instagram series documenting this work.
