Audio Documentary and Diversity, fall 2013

Diverse Whispers: As an assistant instructor for this senior class led by Eileen Waldren, I worked with students to develop an oral history project responding to concerns about discrimination and inequity on campus. Students set up a recording booth at the school library and interviewed participants about their experiences with diversity, and I worked with Morris Library’s special collections department to archive these recordings and make them available to future researchers and media makers. |
